A cool weekend out the second years convinced most of us to go to Murch for the weekend and most of the first years jumped in a raft and me and dan did some judging and got into the party for free for helping out and also got a free lunch which was awsome that night they had organised a big party with a live DJ wich was awsome we all had a great night. the next day we all went to the river next to the campsite to watch the cardboard raft race which was a competetion were they had to costruct a raft out of only cardboard and tape. Smegil and Todd entered. the start involved eating a dry weetbix and skulling a can of coke then running about 1km um the road jumping in the river then paddling back down to the eddy at the finish the only problen with Smegil and Todds raft was it tipped as soon as they weighted it so they swam down. overall a great weekend and i really enjoyed it.
